Brief Profile

My name is Zaheer Minhas. I live in Lahore, Pakistan. I am 38 Years of old, married with three children. I am Accountant by profession and working in an Investment Bank.

My First Birds

I have kept tipplers in 1975 and budgerigar in 1980.

Birds Kept and Bred by Me

Over the past twenty-five years I have kept and bred the following mentioned birds. I enjoy keeping all the birds mentioned here under, but my favorites are pigeons, doves and finches.

 Pigeons.

 Flying Tipplers, Pigeons flown in Kits (Ghagra, Roshan Chirag, Shirazi, Lal Band Ghagras, Chandan Choas) Fantails and Indian Fantails, Pouters, Modena, Kings, Mookee, Homers, Tumblers, Jackobins. 

Finches

Strawberry finch, Spice Finch, Nuns, Bengalese, Java Sparrow, Cut throat, Star Finch, Long Tail Grass Finch,  Weavers, Zebra Finch and its mutations.

Parrots

Budgerigars, Cockatiels, Lovebirds, Grass parrots, Indian Ring necked parrot and Alexandrines.

Poultry

Japanese KoShomo, Golden Sebright, Black Rose comb, Cochin Bantam, Millefluier  

Pheasants

Ring Necked, Silver and Golden Pheasants.

Quails.

Grey Francolin, Black Partridge, Californian Quail, and Chinese Painted Quail.

Doves.

Diamond (normal, snow white, Silver, White tail and Red), Cape (I have one female pied, unfortunately I lost her and could not take photos of it), Zebra, Crested, Tambourine. Ring-necked Doves (most of the colors).
